Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Oracle Horizon, every product is carefully handcrafted, spiritually curated, and energetically activated with positive intentions before dispatch. Due to the sacred and personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

This policy applies because:

  • All products are spiritually energized and personalized before shipping.
  • Returned products cannot be reused, resold, or re-energized for another customer.
  • Handling returned spiritual products may compromise their energetic purity and sanctity.

No Refund Policy

All purchases made on Oracle Horizon are final. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier or logistics partners
  • Minor variations in color, texture, shape, or natural appearance
  • Personal expectations or beliefs regarding spiritual or manifestation outcomes
  • Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery

Damaged, Broken, or Wrong Product Received

Customer satisfaction is important to us. In case you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A broken product
  • A wrong item

We provide a replacement only.

Replacement Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear unboxing video from start to finish
    • Images showing the damage/wrong product
  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
  • Replacement requests are subject to verification by our support team.

Once approved, a replacement product will be dispatched. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
