Below is our comprehensive shipping policy for all crystal orders.


Order Processing Time:

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Custom or Special Orders: If you’ve placed an order for custom crystals or special requests, processing may take 3-5 business days due to the time required for selection, customization, and packaging.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Domestic Shipping (within the INDIA):
    • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over Rs.100. Standard delivery usually takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
    • Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, you can choose expedited shipping at a flat fee of Rs.150 . Expedited orders generally arrive within 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • International Delivery: We offer international shipping to a select range of countries. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary based on your destination.
    • International Shipping Fee: The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
    • International Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time for international orders is typically 7-21 business days, but may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your package by visiting the carrier’s website and entering the provided tracking number.
  • Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment is processed.

Packaging:

  • Every order is carefully packaged to ensure that your crystals arrive in pristine condition. We use eco-friendly packaging materials to safeguard your items during transit.
  • We take extra care when packing fragile items to avoid damage, ensuring that they are cushioned securely in transit.

Missing or Damaged Packages:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your crystals arrive damaged or if there are any discrepancies in your order, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will happily assist you with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

  • Lost Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once the tracking shows the item as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, we suggest contacting the carrier directly for further assistance. However, we will do our best to help resolve any issues.


Address Accuracy:

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Oracle Horizon is not responsible for delays, misdelivered packages, or returns due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Free Shipping Offer:

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over Rs.1200 within the India. Simply add your items to the cart, and the discount will be applied at checkout automatically.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently do not ship to certain countries or regions due to shipping carrier limitations. Please check our list of available countries during checkout to see if we deliver to your area.

  • We are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
